...rain isn't dry..?

THIS JUST IN! Rain makes things wet. According to this helpful yellow sign posted on the sliding glass door of my local grocery store, rain water may cause wet slippery floors -- just like regular water does! I mean honestly, anyone who isn't smart enough to figure that out deserves to slip and fall.
